The short version: Use the site for what it’s for. Marketing results aren’t guaranteed, and the examples on this site aren’t typical. Any work we do together is covered by its own agreement. Texts and messages are opt-in, and you can stop them anytime.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to tomcampmarketing.com and our related pages at join.tomcampmarketing.com, including our free training, applications, forms and booking pages (together, the “Site”). The Site is run by WebRocket Agency, LLC, which does business as Tom Camp Marketing (“WebRocket,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
2. Our services
The Site describes services such as advertising management, sales funnels, websites and website rental, SEO and AI search, video production, CRM and follow-up systems, and coaching. When you hire us, the work is covered by a separate proposal, order form or agreement (your “Client Agreement”). If your Client Agreement conflicts with these Terms, your Client Agreement wins for that work.
Information on the Site, including prices and service details, can change at any time. Nothing on the Site is an offer or a contract until we confirm it in writing.
3. Applications and calls
Filling out an application or form doesn’t guarantee that we’ll work together. We only take on clients we believe we can help. Please give us accurate information. We’ll follow up using the contact method you choose.
4. Results and testimonials
Marketing results depend on many things we don’t control, including your market, offer, prices, budget, competition, follow-up and changes made by advertising platforms. We don’t guarantee any specific number of leads, sales, rankings, views or income.
The results, case studies and testimonials on the Site are real, but they aren’t typical, and your results will be different. Some happened years ago. They’re examples of what’s possible, not promises. Testimonials may be shortened for length, and we only share a client’s name, photo or story with their permission. Some people featured on the Site are friends, partners or past clients of ours.
5. Coaching and educational content
Our free training, coaching, videos and other educational content are for educational purposes. They aren’t legal, financial, tax or accounting advice. You’re responsible for your own business decisions and results. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions that need one.
6. Advertising platforms and other services
Ad platforms and software, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, TikTok, HighLevel and ClickFunnels, have their own rules. They can reject ads, limit or suspend accounts, and change their prices, policies or algorithms at any time. We’re not responsible for what they do. Unless your Client Agreement says otherwise, you pay ad platforms directly for your ad spend.
7. Payments, refunds and guarantees
Fees, billing dates, renewals, cancellations and refunds are set out in your Client Agreement, invoice or the checkout page for what you bought. Any guarantee applies only as written there, including its conditions.
8. Text message terms
By opting in to text messages from Tom Camp Marketing (WebRocket Agency, LLC), for example by checking the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive texts about your inquiry, application, appointments and projects, and, if you opted in, occasional marketing messages.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. We’ll send one message confirming you’ve opted out.
- Reply HELP for help, or email tom@tomcampmarketing.com.
- Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Agreeing to receive texts isn’t a condition of buying anything.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, including that we never share your mobile number or text opt-in with third parties for their marketing.
9. Instagram and Facebook messages
If you choose Instagram or Facebook as the way you’d like us to contact you, your conversation happens on Meta’s platforms, and Meta’s terms and privacy policy also apply.
10. Using the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our services and to contact us. Please don’t:
- Copy, resell or republish Site content without our written permission.
- Scrape the Site or use bots to collect information from it.
- Submit false information, or someone else’s information without their permission.
- Try to hack, disrupt or overload the Site, or upload malware.
- Use the Site for anything illegal.
We can limit or block access to the Site for anyone who breaks these rules.
11. Our content and trademarks
The Site’s content, including text, videos, photos, graphics, logos and the Tom Camp Marketing and WebRocket names, belongs to WebRocket Agency, LLC or the people who licensed it to us, and is protected by law. Client work shown on the Site belongs to its owners. Who owns the work we create for you is covered in your Client Agreement.
ClickFunnels and Two Comma Club are trademarks of ClickFunnels. Meta, Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Google is a trademark of Google LLC. The Site isn’t part of, sponsored by or endorsed by ClickFunnels, Meta or Google.
12. Feedback and testimonials
If you send us ideas, feedback or suggestions, we can use them without owing you anything. We’ll ask before we publish your name, photo or story.
13. Links to other websites
The Site links to websites we don’t control, such as client sites, tools and articles. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.
14. No warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the Site will always be available, error-free or secure.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, WebRocket Agency, LLC and its owners, team and contractors won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to $100. Liability for services we provide is covered by your Client Agreement.
16. Indemnity
You agree to cover any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that result from your misuse of the Site or from breaking these Terms.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where WebRocket Agency, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute comes up, please email us first so we can try to work it out. If we can’t, it will be handled in the state or federal courts of that state, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
18. Changes and other terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top, and the new Terms apply from then on. If any part of these Terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a part of these Terms right away, we can still enforce it later. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
